About Me

Mohamed Anoof

I'm a backend engineer with close to 5 years of experience building scalable ERP, CRM, fintech, and payment-driven web applications. My core toolkit is Laravel, Livewire, and Filament — and I'm increasingly working with Python and FastAPI — backed by deep hands-on experience in payment gateway integrations (Stripe, Authorize.Net, Razorpay) and the Zoho ecosystem (Subscriptions, CRM, Books, Billing).

At Zil Money, I own the Subscriptions module and wallet system behind OnlineCheckWriter.com — integrating Zoho Subscriptions and Authorize.Net for recurring billing, and building out revenue & cost reporting for a platform serving 1M+ users. I have a proven track record in REST API design, database architecture, performance optimization, and delivering secure, production-ready systems used by real businesses every day. Alongside my day-to-day work, I'm deepening my backend engineering fundamentals through Python, FastAPI, and data structures & algorithms, and researching web framework security. Away from the keyboard you'll find me reading, swimming, aquascaping, or gardening.
